I am a widowed father of three and a former cancer caregiver. My wife battled recurrent non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma, and I spent years navigating treatment decisions, hospital life, parenting, and work while living inside uncertainty. After her death in 2024, I began sharing my experience to make caregiving and grief more visible, honest, and less isolating. This space exists to tell the truth about loss, love, and learning how to live again without pretending it’s normal or okay.
